We finished work on FloodServ aka F bot, an auxiliary service specifically coded for EmechNET. 

/msg F help to see full functionality. The bot is mainly a channel protection service against spam, flood, repeat, caps, joinfloods, badwords, amongs other features. It will be deployed on #EmechNet for now, until we test everything. Afterwards, it will be available to the public to request their own channels.
