Primarily you are in #Wardens because #help or #support staff have decided that you need operator assistance to solve your problem - further questioning staff in #help about the problem once you have been asked to move to #Wardens is a waste of everyone's time and you should now focus on working with the operators in #Wardens to resolve your issue.
